League Meeting 2 October 2018 held at Ambleside Club
Chairlady Kay Ford opened meeting.
Secretary Trish Smith read the minutes of the last meeting (AGM 4 Sep 2018).
Proposed by Joanna Hammerton. Seconded by Sasha Bush. Agreed.
Xmas Draw
7 December at the Eagle Club, starts at 7.30pm prompt.
Just for fun a Christmas jumper/top competition was suggested. There will also be bingo.
Food is BYO. If you require a chip shop dinner please ask Teresa Schwendener.
All draw tickets are to be folded into 4. If your tickets are not returned in the required form they won’t be classed as a winning ticket. This is not a new rule so should really already be known.
All ticket monies are to be in at the November meeting.
Communication
Sasha Bush has been asked to create a WhatsApp group for committee members and team captains to make it easier to keep everyone updated as new things are brought up / suggested.
Committee
Kristie Yeoman has been co-opted onto the committee.

2. Mixed pairs names and monies.
3. Ladies pairs names and monies.
