- Any letters, to be read by Chairperson.
- Please remind your teams that Jesters play at Ambleside and not at Trinity as listed on fixture card.
- Mixed pairs date change: will now be held on 12 November at Eagle Club. Any league member who has entered and can’t make the new date will be refunded their entry fee ONLY IF they advise Trish by next Tuesday 13 October.
- Children’s party and Xmas draw: both to be held at the Eagle Club, not as listed on fixture card.
- Result card: please use some common sense when completing the card and always include the date. Just write it in the top right hand corner.
- Website: will not be updated until ALL away result cards have been received. You can post, email, or Whatsapp a photo to Jane – if you do send it electronically please note that the original card must still be provided.
- Team cups: away card is not required but you must text your result to Jane.
- Requirements for October meeting:
- Ladies pairs names + fees
- Mixed pairs names + fees – remind all league members to check their partner has not played super league or county darts in the last 5 years.
- Names and monies for children’s Xmas party also to be handed in. No names will be accepted after October meeting
- Xmas draw books will be given out – 5 books per registered player.
