All Xmas draw monies were received. More draw tickets are still available \u2013 see Kay in Trish\u2019s absence.
\nPlease ensure that name and team is written clearly on each stub, and that stubs are folded in 4. You can bring them along on the draw night to put into the bag yourself.<\/p>\n
Food \u2013 Teresa has been very busy so Lynn Remmer has now taken over organising fish and chips. She will find out the menu and prices and try to get these out to everyone. Please ask what your team would like. Teams wanting fish and chips should bring their money and orders to the mixed pairs or the captains cup.<\/p>\n
The draw will start at 7.30 and there will be bingo again this year. You are allowed to bring your own food. The Eagle Club kindly give us the hall for free so please help by clearing up your rubbish. Don\u2019t forget your \u00a33 raffle prize. You will need to send a representative from each team to collect any prizes.<\/p>\n
Last year\u2019s entertainer has been booked. Kay struck a deal and he is charging \u00a370 and we will buy prizes for party games etc. No deposit was required.<\/p>\n
Committee to stay behind after meeting to get organised for these events.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The new date for the mixed pairs is 12 November, still at the Eagle Club. Remind your players that car parking isn\u2019t always easy, but Avon Way often has spaces.
