\u2022 Welcome packs for new season to be given out. Contents to be discussed. All packs have ample copies of everything so captains\/secretaries have no excuses for not providing correct paperwork at the correct time!
\nFixture cards for players now include rule highlights; each pack also contains a full copy of the rules & constitution for reference. Thanks to Lynn Remmer for highlighting the need to include the rules for players. Any similar suggestions are always welcome.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Have all team registration fees and individual team members\u2019 fees been paid?<\/p>\n
\u2022 Requirements for October meeting:
\n1. Ladies pairs names + fees
\n2. Names and monies for children\u2019s Xmas party also to be handed in. No names will be accepted after October meeting
\n3. Xmas draw books will be given out \u2013 5 books per registered player.<\/p>\n
